PROCESS

• BUDGET WORKSHEET - Please download the budgeting worksheet. You will learn about the worksheet in the online session and will need to complete it prior to your final phone counseling session.

• REGISTER ONLINE - In this section you will register and make a payment of $30 for individuals, $50 for couples (plus processing fees of $1.80) for the online session. Once your payment is submitted you will be directed to the online Pre-Bankruptcy session.
• ONLINE PRE-BANKRUPTCY SESSION - You will need to complete the online session and follow all directions. The session will last approximately 1 hour. NOTE: Do not fast forward the presentation! The system prohibits fast forwarding of the webinar.
• PHONE COUNSELING SESSION - After completing the webinar, you will need to e-mail a copy of your completed remedial cashflow worksheet along with your allocation to: Tara@financialrehabinc.com along with a phone number and best time of day to reach you. A counselor will review your cash flow worksheet, allocation schedule, options to manage debts along with a client action plan. Be prepared to answer a few questions about the webinar.
• CONGRATULATIONS! You have successfully completed the final stage of the online Pre-Petition Bankruptcy session and must now call and speak with one of our certified counselors to complete the counseling requirement.
